This award is presented to the staff alumni or alumnus who has made the most significant contribution to the association. This contribution is not necessarily monetary, but an overall contribution to the betterment of the alumni association and to Chief Logan reservation. The selection criteria for the award starts with a nomination from the recipients' peers and fellow alumni, then each nominee is thoroughly discussed and a recipient(s) is chosen. There are many qualified candidates and not all can be recognized, but all are honorable for being nominated.
